By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers. By purchasing an item on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
By using our delivery service, you agree to let our delivery driver use their best professional judgment as to whether or not the flowers can be safely left at the delivery address should no one be there to receive them. We can hold no liability for the flowers from this point on.
If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery to be made (e.g. You have provided us with an incorrect address, no one is home during your selected delivery time, we can’t gain access to the front door due to locked/security gates, dogs or there is no safe place to leave the order) a redelivery fee will apply to the same value as the original delivery fee. You will be contacted before the arrangement is redelivered and given the option to pick up the arrangement from Viva La Fleur.
In the rare event that there has been an issue with delivering your order and we have been unable to reach you first, we reserve the right to call the recipient. At all times your details will be kept confidential.
If a security person or concierge is obligated to receive the flowers on the recipient’s behalf, we cannot accept responsibility for the flowers from this point on.
Orders with alcohol cannot be left unattended. Should no one be at the delivery address to sign for the order, the order will be returned to Viva La Fleur and a redelivery fee will apply.
To ensure your flowers get to the recipient in the correct time frame you require, we suggest you place your order as early as possible. Same day online orders will be accepted until1:00pm Monday –Friday for delivery that afternoon. Online Orders placed after that time will be delivered the following business day. Same day Online orders for Saturday or Sunday must be placed by Friday 1:00PM. Alternatively please call Management for any special delivery day or times. We can not gaurentee online orders to be delivered at a specific time, AM or PM requests only. If you have a specific time, please phone your order to Viva La Fleur on 0417 007 602 and one of our friendly staff will be happy to assist.
Orders cancelled outside of 48 hours of the requested delivery time will incur a 50% charge of the price of the item/s purchased. We do not offer refunds on orders cancelled within 48 hours of the delivery date. Refunds can only be made back with the credit card that was used for the original purchase.
Flower varieties and colours shown in the online shop are subject to availability. Viva La Fleur do their very best to match the product shown online, but should the flower not be available, they will substitute these with an equally attractive flower of equal or greater value. This also applies for all glassware & baskets.

Viva La Fleur do not sell, rent or otherwise distribute your information outside of the business. Generally, we use the information we collect about you to facilitate your requirements by ensuring your orders and enquiry's are forwarded to the correct people and actioned in a timely manner, and to enable us to send you relevant marketing information.
